2018 Senior Class Giving Campaign

Dear Fellow Graduate,

It is my privilege to congratulate the Class of 2018 on the completion of an important milestone in our life. The past few years have gone by quickly and our Class of 2018 will officially be Bowie State University Alumni.

Each year, the graduating class presents a gift to the university. We do not want to miss this opportunity to "pay it forward."  In the tradition and spirit of giving, I challenge each graduate to give a gift of $20.18, signifying our 2018 class year. If everyone in our graduating class gave something, we could potentially raise more than $10,000. Each of us can make an IMPACT on students long after we're gone. A gift of any size makes a difference! 

This idea is not unique. Many graduating classes at colleges and universities across the country are involved in this effort to raise dollars for the betterment of their institution. As we embark upon the next phase in our lives, it is important that we join in the tradition of those, who not only dreamed of the opportunity of obtaining an education, but made the necessary sacrifices to ensure that we could have access to a quality education. We must therefore show our appreciation by becoming a “Bulldog for Life” and ensuring that the dream of a quality college education can and will remain alive for others.

2. Drop off Your Payment - Stop by BSU Foundation, Thurgood Marshall Library, Ste 270
3. Mail Your Payment - BSU Foundation, PO Box 939, Bowie, MD 20716 (please make checks payable to BSU Foundation and include Class of 2018 in the memo line with the name of the graduate)​
