There she supported national outreach campaigns for federal government clients. While working for the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for African Americans, she coordinated a Twitter chat for the former U.S. Secretary of Education; and a prominent social justice activist to support the #AfAmWomenLead Student Summit to Advance Educational Excellence for Black Girls. During internships at GMMB, she supported several accounts on the U.S. Health Care Coverage team, including L’Oreal, Kaiser Permanente and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. During her corporate advisory fellowship at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, she supported its Procter & Gamble account across media, influencer, crisis communications and executive programs. In spring 2017, she interned in the University Relations and Marketing Department, and served as BSU Public Relations Student Society of America's (PRSSA) Vice President (2015-2016) and President (2016-2017).
